Why there's not power on?( power light is off, and no picture)
A. Check if the connection of power wires are correct. (ACC & BATT+ are connected to 12V; GND is connected to the groud.)
B. Check if the fuse was burnt. If so, then exchange another fuse of the same type. Then connect to the power to check if it is ok.
C. If the fuse is fine, check with a multimeter if the voltage is steady DC 12V.
How to do if there's no picture in the screen? (power light is on)
A. Cut off BATT+, and then reconnect power again.
B. Check if the voltage is steady DC 12V.
C. Check if the ACC fuse was burnt.
D. Re-install the front panel.( It only applies to those dvd players with detachable front panel.)
Why the disc can't be inserted?
A.Check if the two screws on the top of the unit are removed.
B.Check if there is a disc in the unit.
C.Check if it is in DVD mode.
Why the unit can not play disc?
A. Try all kinds of discs with different formats such as DVD/DVD-R/DVD+R/DVD-RW/DVD+RW/VCD/CD/CD-R/CD-RW/MP3/MP4 etc. Check if it can not play all kind of discs, or just can not play certain kind of discs.
B. Make sure that you insert the disk with correct direction(label side UP) and the disk is clean and fine.
C.What is the alert showed on the screen when the unit can not able to play discs, ? (Such as Loading/No disc/Error,etc.)
D. Reconnect the power cables and reset the unit.
How to do if the screen does not come out?
A.Check if the car's voltage/current is enough. Or remove the unit from your car and use a sole power to test the item.
B. Reconnect the power cables and reset the unit.
C.Press the "OPEN" button on the panel or remote controller to check if the screen can automatically come out. If not, you can pull it out by even force from both side of the panel. If all failed, then maybe the engine is faulty.
How to do if the disc can not come out?
A.Press EJECT botton on the panel or remote and check if the disc can eject. If not, then reconnect the power cables and reset the unit.
B.Try to switch the mode before pressing EJECT botton. Or stop it before press EJECT botton.
Why can not receive programs from the radio?
A.Make sure if the radio antenna is connected. In addtion, have you changed the antenna?
B.Try to search channels both automatically and manually. Or adjust it to a specific channel with programs to check it you can hear the sound.
C.The program receving has close relation to the local signal condition. Try to search channels in some places with stronger signal.
Why can not search for TV chanel?
A.Make sure if the radio antenna is connected. In addtion, have you changed the antenna?
B.Try to search channels both automatically and manually. Or adjust it to a specific channel with programs to check it you can hear the sound.
C.The program receving has close relation to the local signal condition. Try to search channels in some places with stronger signal.
Why screen is black/stripled/unclear while watching TV?
When searching channels, make sure you have adjusted the TV system applied to your local system. (PAL/NTSC)
(For Example PAL:Thailand, China, UK, IT, ES, PT, etc; NTSC: USA, CA,TW, JP, ect)
Why there is no sound for TV?
A.When searching channel, make sure you have adjusted the sound system applied to your local system. (BG/I/DK/M)
(eg. BG: Thailand, DK:CN; I:GB; BG:IT,ES,PT….;M:US, CA,TW,JP….)
How to do if the buttons on the panel do not respond?
A.Check if there was only a specific botton stuck or all bottons can not work. Check if the bottons can not work in all modes. Re-install the panel and reset the unit.
B. Check if the corresponding buttons on the remote controller can work. If so, then the buttons on the pancel are faulty.
Why the remote control does not respond?
A. Change new batteries.
B. Confirm you insert the battery correctly.
C. Use a Digital Camera or Mobile phone camera to face the small light in the front of the remote control. Then press the buttons on remote control, pls check if there is from the screen of Digital Camera or Mobile phone camera,.
Why the remote control does not respond?

Why the USB/SD function can not work?
A. Check if it is in DVD mode when you insert USB/SD.
B. After inserting USB/SD, check if the screen shows it is loading USB/SD.
C. Check the storage of the USB/SD.
D. Change to other brands' USB/SD.
How to use bluetooth function?
Search for the bluetooth appliance by your phone, find the right Bluetooth appliance(CAR KIT), enter the password(0000/8888/1234). Then the screen will display"Connected OK" notice. Then you can make and receive calls through the buttons in the keyboard of the unit.
Why the GPS function can not be used?
1. Make sure GPS wire has been connected to the unit.
2. Please reset the path of GPS map.
3. Make sure the GPS port: COM and BAUD are used for this unit accordingly.
Why the radio can not keep programs in memory?
A. Take the unit from the car and use a sole power to test the item. Make sure ACC & BATT+ are connected to 12V; GND is connected to the earth. Then restart the unit and re-search radio channels. When it gets a chanel, cut off the ACC manually.(BATT & GND can't be cut off). Then reconnect ACC. Check if the channel was saved.
B. Pls check if the mode/volume/time can be saved.
Why my IPOD does not work?
1. Reset the iPod itself.
2. Change another iPod cable to test again.
3. Change to another iPod model to test again.
Why can not hear anything during calling in bluetooth function?
A. After connecting the bluetooth, you have to make or recevie calls both by operating in DVD player. Do not use your mobile under this condition.
B. Use other mobile phone to test. If still can't work, it maybe the problem of Microphone.
How to adjust the clock?
Please check the user manual of the model you own. Depending on the model clock can be adjusted in the following manner
Some Models clock adjustment: Press MENU to the setting and choose TIME in the SYSYTEM;
Some Models clock adjustment: Press the menu and choose SETUP to click the TIME;
Some Models clock adjustment: Press the volumne button and choose 00:00, then turn left or right to adjust the volumne;
Some Models clock adjustment: Press the volumne button and choose 00:00, then turn left or right to adjust the volumne;
Some Models clock adjustment: Press the PTY button and choose 00:00, Longly press PTY till 00 starts to flick, then switch the volumne to adjust;
Some Models clock adjustment: Press the menu, and choose the SETUP setting and click the clock
Some Models clock adjustment: Please use a sharp object to align the hole in the middle of the panel, press once, the clock will be beating. Press again when the number jump to the select time, it will stop. Then press again, the minutes of the clock will be beating, then press again, it will stop and save the current adjusted time automatically.
Some Models: Press TIME button on the front panel to select the hours / minutes, according to TIME UP / DOWN keys to adjust the hours / minutes.
Why there is no picture on AV1/AV2 input?
A.When there is No signal input,please check whether it is a blue screen, and whether the output signal is normal or not;
B. please check whether the AV wire is connected correctly, and try to use another AV wire.
C. switch AV1/AV2 mode, please check whether it can't display images under both modes.
How to do for black or colored screen when AV signal is input?
Please adjust the video format (Auto / PAL / NTSC), make sure it's keep identical with the DVD video format. Generally speaking, it will be ok after adjusting.
How to do when LCD screen is white or lose color?
A. Please reconnect the power, or reset the item.
B. Please check whether the cable of the screen is loosen or not.
How to do when LCD clock shows incompletely or disappears?
Please cut off the BATT and reconnect the power; Or reset the item. If the procedure goes wrong, it will be normal after reset.
Why the button light is off?
A. Check if the button function is OK or not.
B. Check if it is certain button does not have light, or the light of a row of buttons is not on.
Why there's no output image from camera?
A. Please check if the power cable is connected correctly and the voltage is normal or not;
B. Please check if the AV cable is faulty, please try another one to check;
C. Please check if the camera is hot;
D. Please change another monitor to check.
Why the output image from camera is unclear and lose color?
A. Please check if the camera is working under strong light or sunlight, please use it in a proper place to check if that is the problem;
B. Please change another moniter to check;
C. Please adjust the vedio system of the moniter (PAL for Thailand).
Why there's frog in the camera?
In what condition did the camera has water in it? Do you keep the camera on all the time? Since the camera is used only when the car is reversing, the camera can not be on all the time or there will be frog in it.
How to do if the image from camera left and right is reversed?
A. Please reconnect the power connector;
B. Please check if the monitor shows reversely in the reverse mode.
Why camera LED light is not on?
Please note that the LED light is for night vision , it will be on only lightened at night or in darkness.
